No item will be dispached from STUFFinc or one of its suppliers until the customer has paid in full for the goods ordered.
Once the order is placed you will be sent an email confirming that the items you have ordered are available and the required information to make payment to our bank account.
STUFFinc currently only accepts bank deposits & electronic fund transfers.
STUFFinc at present does not provide finance.
STUFFinc currently only ships free to Vereeniging.
Once your payment has cleared you can expect goods to arrive within 2 days or 3 if in major centre.
STUFFinc uses Overnight Couriers and Speed Services. Although the overnight couriers often deliver overnight to major centres you can expect delivery to be 2-3 days in major centres after payment has cleared. Remote addresses need to allow an extra day for delivery.
STUFFinc will not be held liable to you (the purchaser) in any way as a result of a delay in delivery from the courier. Missing or damaged items need to be claimed against the courier company. Please make sure you check parcels for damage prior to signing for or opening.
STUFFinc is presently a mail/courier order company only. There are strictly no collections from STUFFinc Headquaters.
RETURNS
All Chemicals are non refundable.
All refunds are at STUFFincs discretion and every situation will be looked at separately.
Some of our items are non refundable, so be sure that you know what you are buying.
Return postage is for the customers expense.
All items must be in an unopened, saleable condition. No refunds on used goods.
We will pay postage and refunds for faulty on arrival items provided the items have not been damaged in transit. Courier damage is the responsibility of the courier so check for damage to packaging before signing for goods. DO NOT sign for items with visibly damaged packaging. All claims for delivery damage need to be made to the courier within 7 days of the date of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned to us within seven days of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their receipt. No receipt no Refund.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their original packaging.
There will be no refund if goods are found to be non faulty when returned.
Any return postage to us that we have covered and cost of re sending non faulty items to your address will also need to be paid for by you.
Goods will not be returned until all our costs are covered.
No Stock or cash is kept at our site for security reasons. Stock is dispatched from an independent warehouse.
